Rouvière Boissy : Hillside parcel, elevation of 136 m to 153 m, soil >50 % decomposed limestone + Illite clay
Brugeas : Hillside parcel, elevation of 139m to 161m, Montmorillonite clay soils + 5 % limestone
Climate : Mediterranean, marked by a wide daily temperature range

Tasting notes : Ruby-red in color, intensely aromatic nose expressing red fruits, spices and licorice. In the mouth, fruit forward and versatile with soft and fine tanins.
