Palissaire: altitude of 145 m + soil >50% limestone + clay;


Ribeyrettes: altitude of 110m, Illite clay soil + 5% limestone


La Selve: altitude of 110m, Kaolinite clay soil


Rouvière Boissy: hillside plot, altitude 136m to 153m, soil 50% decomposed limestone + Illite clay


Brugeas: hillside plot, altitude of 139m to 161m, Montmorillonite clay soil + 5% limestone


Climate: Mediterranean, characterized by a large daily temperature range


Area: 11 hectares


Vine age: 30 years


Planting density: 4,000 to 4,400 plants/ha
