Château de la Selve was born in 2002. Fresh out of the Beaune wine school, I was able to realize my dream: creating this wine estate in the southern Ardèche. I was certain that this terroir held immense potential: blazing sun contrasting with cool nights, wild landscapes, and limestone soils redolent of garrigue, humus, and truffles...!
With my wife Florence, we have since practiced organic and biodynamic viticulture, preserving our environment and allowing the terroir to fully express itself. We are perpetually searching for this harmony: in the vineyards for ever more vibrant soils, and in the cellar, for ever purer wines.
