Dress: pale golden yellow with green highlights.


Nose: complex and expressive aromas of peach, apricot, lemon, with toasted notes


On the palate: roundness and finesse, minerality, a long finish echoing the aromas of the nose


Recommended dishes: delicate fish, pike, Arctic char, crayfish in court-bouillon, foie gras, white meat


Serving temperature: between 9 and 12 °C


Shelf life: 8 to 10 years
