Berty Greenhouse I and V: hillside plot in the heart of the garrigue, altitude 117m to 135m, soil >60% decomposed limestone + Montmorillonite clay


Serre de Brujas: hillside plot in the heart of the garrigue, altitude 121m to 131m, soil >40% limestone + kaolinite clay


Climate: Mediterranean climate characterized by a large daily temperature range


Vine age: 45 years


Density: 4,000 plants/ha

Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault et un soupçon de Viognier

Appearance: dark, nose expressive, complex and subtle of black fruits, licorice and humus


On the palate: power and elegance, extremely fine tannins, freshness, a long and rich finish echoing the aromas of the nose. A truly exquisite wine!


Recommended dishes: delicate dishes (ostrich, lamb), game (woodcock, venison, hare)


Serving temperature: between 12 and 17 °C
