Serre de Brujas: hillside plot in the heart of the garrigue, altitude 121m to 131m, soil >40% limestone + illite clay and kaolinite


Area : 4 hectares


Climate: Mediterranean climate in the heart of the garrigue, characterized by a large daily temperature range


Vine age: 35 years


Planting density: 4,000 to 4,400 plants/ha

Nose: expressive and rich, combining black fruits, spices and garrigue


On the palate: freshness, generosity with silky tannins and a fruity finish with a lovely length
