Vendanges 2019 : clap de fin !

After more than a month and a half of harvest, all the 2019 grappes are finally in.

A year marked by the summer’s heavy heat et the lack of rain. Small yields but a juice balance allowed by a beautiful thermal range ! The promise of a great vintage…

August 30 th, we started with 50 ares of Viognier for our Madame de wine..

Then, we continued with the rosé and a great balance on the Syrah : 13% and pH 3.20

Late september, we continued with the most beautiful grappes from the parcels :  « Serre de Berty » and « Serre de Brujas » for Florence 2019.

Now let’s start the work in the cellar where most wines are already fermenting …
