Rouvière Boissy : hillside parcel, elevation of 136 m to 153 m, soil >50 % decomposed limestone + Illite clay
Les Blaches : elevation of 110 m, 100% sandstone soils covered by 20 to 30 cm of small pebbles, along the Chassezac river.
Vine age : 30 years
Density : 4 000 to 4 400 vines/ha

La dégustation

Tasting notes : Brilliant, pale pink in color. Delicate nose, aromas of red and white fruits, with a floral note. Freshness, fineness and minerality in the mouth.
Food pairing : Aperitif, cooked vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants, peppers) with olive oil and herbs, grills, exotic fruits.
Tasting temperature : between 9 and 12 °C
Cellaring : 2 to 3 years
