the grapes are picked at dry white maturity, fermentation with indigenous yeast, altered mid-fermentation with wine alcohol and aged in oak according to the Solera method that involves blending old and new vintages.

La dégustation

Tasting notes : A brilliant, golden-yellow robe, a complex fruity nose with peach, apricot, mint and lemon notes. In the mouth, a good balance between sweetness, freshness and fruitiness.

Tasting temperature : between 9 and 11 °c
Cellaring : infinite
